Game crashes frequently

I’m currently playing a save that is in the 2030-31 season. All was working fine until the most recent offseason where the game seems to slow down and crash every few days. I will click something and the game will just stop responding and I have to close the game off through task manager.

Could this be because my laptop can’t handle this particular saved game anymore or is the save corrupt?

What are your computer specs (especially RAM) and would you upload the save so I can take a look?

Specs are below, hopefully that's enough information.

Save is uploaded as ADNHL 18-19.lg

I successfully finished your season without any problems. You only have 4 GB of RAM, that is the problem (Windows and any other open task will take away RAM as well). Since you are in the year 2030 and have quit some playable leagues enabled the game runs out of memory and becomes instable. I fear your only options are to play shorter games with many playable leagues or play with less playable leagues. You can of course update your RAM (my system, as most others, has 8 GB, which should be more than enough) to play with a full setup. Also make sure to have nothing running in the background when playing FHM (as long as you have 4 GB RAM. With 8 GB that is not a problem anymore).

Awesome thanks for the help, I thought it could be related to the laptop. Think it’s time for some sort of upgrade!

Yeah, tbh you should have at least 8 GB when possible (more is a bonus, I use 8 GB and have no problems but eventually will move up to 16 GB soon).
