AI keeps moving my minor leaguers
I've got minor league transactions set to the asst GM but there are several players I want to micro manage. I've gone in and clicked the "lock to current roster" box but the players are still getting moved around by the AI. One other oddity...a bunch of minor league players disappeared (don't know if the AI did a massive release or what) so I activated "use ghost players." Don't know if that has anything to do with it. I do occasionally ask the AI to set up complete minor league system but those players I marked should not be moving. Any ideas as to what's going on here?

I've also been having trouble with minor league players disappearing over the past day or two. When I search their name, they show up as on my squad, but when I look at my minor league roster/transaction page the player isn't there. They seem to be in some sort of purgatory. The next time I play I'll see if my limbo players are getting playing time stats because I have a feeling they aren't.
I've also noticed after a draft I need to assign the placement of my draft picks into the minors instead of it automatically assigning them. Did I miss a setting in the league creation somewhere or is this a new change? |

I've noticed it a little more since I have rosters size and service time limits. And I might have my entire AAA, AA, A+ starting lineups locked. So enough injuries and gunk up the AI when you click set minor league rosters. |

Personally, once I went through the headaches of the assistant GM releasing quality minor league depth and keeping total losers with 20 overall potential and bad personality traits that cause disruption, I control it all.
I like to trade a lot and more minor league depth the better. It takes extra time but I don't have roster limits. There might be some good options like ghost players when a lot of injuries go down to cut down on some time. Like when I check at the end of the month and my double A team has one catcher active, playing everyday. I'd like the assistant to promote and demote based on development but releasing quality depth and trade-able talent is obnoxious. It takes as much time to deal with poor decisions as it is controlling everything in my opinion.

This is really frustrating to me. I would at least like to know that I understand this correctly....if I have minor league promotions/demotions set to asst GM but mark certain players "lock to current minor league team", those players should not move even if I click on "ask AI to set up complete minor league system", correct? If this is true, something is broken.
