Trying to sim seasons but roster violations constantly interrupting?

I'm having the same issue as the user from this thread:

I have AI set to control everything too and I still get stopped to make major and minor league roster changes. Was there a fix for this?

Do you have roster limits. This looks like it's coming out of Spring Training. It may not be your team may be the other team you are playing.

It looks like the "prevent any AI roster changes" flag got checked for the team. You can turn it off by either turning commish mode on, going to the team settings page, and un-checking the button, or doing it globally for all teams by going to the league settings page and there's a function on that page to handle it.
