Latest Patch Issues

Was not having any problems until installing the latest patch. Now the game is freezing up on me during games. Happens everytime I try to play now. Is there anyway to uninstall the patch??

Thanks for this post. The same thing happened to me. Unfortunately I was near the end of a game and it froze up. I was hoping that the game results up until that point were saved (similar to when you stop a game and resume it later), but no luck, I lost it and had to start over. I believe it froze on me a second time, but it was not under game conditions - thankfully.

I don't mean to hijack your thread, but didn't want to start a brand new one either assuming people will look at this. What is happening on many occasions when a ball is hit to the outfield, and a runner is headed to third (does not have to be the batter going to third), the PBP replaces the runner's name who is going to third with the outfielder's name who has/is throwing the ball back in. For instance, if Smith is running to third on a ball hit to the RF Jones, the PBP will many times (not always) say Jones is safe sliding into third, while Jones also hits the cutoff man with the throw.

Has anyone else who plays out games noticed this occurring as well?

Just happened to me again, only this time (thank goodness I was just rearranging a lineup before hitting "start game"). In my case, it appears the game is getting hung up every time I place the cursor over a player and you get a pop-up with condensed 3yr stats. For whatever the reason, that seems to be locking me up.

Is this still happening even after the HOTFIX patch was released today?

Please test the hotfix we released today. If this still happens for you, we need more info, for example which OS you use, which graphic card etc. Also please make sure you go threough the usual routines like rebooting etc, see here: http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...d.php?t=299986

I am having the same problem. Cant get through a game anymore. Im going to have to go back to OOTP 19 until this crashing thing is fixed. Worst I have seen in 10 years of playing OOTP. Very disappointing.

Have you installed the latest patch? Crashing is fixed there.
