How does this work for 14? I get how it works with text files, but not with the world default.

I don't think it does. This was something I created a couple of years ago, before version 12 even, I think.. Someone asked me for it again, so I just attached it here.
I haven't looked into modding this to work with the newer version of OOTP, sorry.

My thought on this is to have it create the text.. then to use the world XML creation spreadsheet to create the XML and apply to the xml file. I use it mostly to create the names of the cities in my fictional alternate universe.

Could this be used on a Mac? I know the program is Windows-only, but is there some other tool I could use to pick from the speadsheets?
