Moving teams to different divisions
Will it be possible to move teams to different divisions? when the league
expanded to 12 teams in 67 .. all expansion teams were put in west
can we put some in east instead?

Making changes in historical mode is pointless because it will always revert back to the original league structure every year.

Can I have a one team expansion in 1966-67 ahead of the big expansion of 1967-68 and fold the one new team from 1966-67 in the upcoming season?

Example:1966-67 Expanison team-Los Angeles Kings
next:1967-68 fold 1966-67 LA Kings while adding the new LA kings along with the 5 other new expansion teams
