Restore Previous Purchases in OOTP GO

Will you be able to restore previously purchased seasons in older versions of OOTP Go?

In the past, there was a quick restoration process that involved storing IAPs, exporting the data from an old version, and restoring the data in the new version.

I do not see an export button anywhere in OOTP Go 24 (there is only a LOAD button and Restore IAP's button).

Yep, Go24 was just updated yesterday so make sure you have the latest version installed

Will, app is looking great. how do i redownload ootp 24? I had deleted because of purchasing 25 but now am not able to export the seasons I had purchased last year.

Good question
It can be a little tricky to find, especially on Android.

For Android open up the Google Play Store, then tap [your profile icon] > Manage apps and device > Manage > Installed, Not installed

For iOS open up the App Store, then tap [your profile] > Purchased > and then search in that list

The button is there in OOTP Go 24

But when I try to restore in Go25, I get an error message that says "Could not send verification code"

There are a couple reasons this may be happening. Double check you are entering the same email with no typos, otherwise perhaps try again in a few minutes -- it might be an issue with the traffic on the server's end? If you're still having issues please create a bug report and we can help you out in depth

Yeah updated in both stores. Sometimes the app store gets stale though, so try force closing it and then reopening, that might help

When I go to my app store account to review apps updated recently, OOTPGO24 is not listed.

Try going directly to the Go24 page via your account profile in the top right > Purchases > search for the 24 app

It is not letting me enter an email at all on the Google Pixel 8. When you enter your email to export seasons, the request code button does not light up. All it allows me to do is cancel

And just in case the "Request Code" button is unavailable even if you're sure the email address is correct, try switching your default keyboard to the stock keyboard in case you've changed it.

I use gboard, and the button wasn't active for me until I switched back to the Samsung keyboard. After that everything worked great, and I could export seasons from the original OOTP GO and import to GO 25.

This worked. Thank you. Having Gboard as default for a Google phone, I had to install a Samsung keyboard

Glad I could help, and I didn't consider Pixels would have gboard as the default

Has anyone been able to do the restore with a keyboard other than Samsung? I'm curious now if only gboard doesn't work here, or maybe if only the Samsung keyboard does.
