No login bar/OOTP account field (Steam/Linux)

Heya,

I don't see any way to enter my OOTP account credentials (at least not where the login field is supposed to be?). See attached screenshot.

Heya. Anyone else experiencing this? I really want to start a new game but I'm hesitant doing that without the online profile.

Currently the underlying backend library does not support linux. We are trying to resolve this in the near future.

I see, thank you for your reply! Since the game is clearly advertised as compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux, was this feature difference (because the online account/challenge mode was marketed as a new feature) mentioned somewhere? If not, I'd be happy if this were done for future versions and features.

Using this thread to report another problem: Since build 34 (I think?) I can't enable challenge mode, at all. Clicking on "Yes, enable challenge mode!" when I'm asked whether I want to use it yields the same result as clicking "No, thanks.", i.e. a game with challenge mode disabled.

Is this somehow related?

Any updates on this? Still can't start a game in challenge mode.

Hi,
I was able to create a new game -- using the "New Custom Game" button and creating a fictional league with Challenge Mode enabled (no login though); at least, I could not enable commissioner mode. Didn't play around with it much (and haven't compared it to Windows), so not sure what may be missing, if anything.

This was with 18.3.40.

Cheers,
-kr-

Thank you for your reply. Still can't create a game (neither in 'Normal Start' nor 'Custom Game Start') with challenge mode enabled. It is as if clicking the button is not recognised/doesn't change anything. /edit: Alrighty, uninstalling the game completely & removing '~/.Out of the Park Developments' and then re-installing the game helped with that. I can now get to challenge mode properly.
