Real Time Simulation Broadcast

I would like to set up a "Real Time Simulation Broadcast" of the Playoffs for my online league. This way, the other owners can watch the games as they take place. I believe it would be "neat."

However, the "instructions" to set up this "Real Time Simulation Broadcast" are very confusing... to me anyway. Is there a tutorial online or a you tube to set this up.

The directory for my league's website looks nothing like the example... not even close... I'm sure that someone has done this before... hopefully, they have shared their experience online or in the forum...
