Non-Feeder College/HS Leagues?

So I understand how feeder leagues work. But I see that I also have the option to create independent College and High School leagues. If I make an independent College league and set it up like a Feeder College league (with an age limit and no finances, etc.), what happens when the players graduate?

I'm asking because I created a College league as a template, thinking I could just import it into my game worlds and use it to turn out new ball players for the draft.

Thanks in advance.

High school football league is being wrecked by the same cancer that wrecked high school basketball - national recruiting and schedules.
