Tigers lose Mercedes for 4 months.
Sharks 3B Jussim will miss 5-6 weeks.
At least Pisano has yet to have a concussion from a HR ball hitting his head and bouncing over the wall.

4 game series @ Cleveland. This is the 1st time we have seen them this year.
Not a very good team and rumor has it they are for sale. Roger Dorn is their veteran leader.

X-Wings will be without Sang for the rest of the year into next year.
Steve Willis like Watts, Williams & Hammer has been dominate this year.
Yankees will be without LF Melor for 2 months.
Manny Lopes & Drew Smyley are swapped.
Angels pick up an arm for the pen.

Steve, Michaels that is as he is the 3rd starting pitcher named Steve on this team come up quickly through the Sox minors and is having a great season this year. It was PC Jason Bere that urged mgr Ron Karkovice & GM Harold Baines to give Michaels a chance coming out of ST this year. Bere works wonders with this pitching staff and not just Michaels. Michaels grew up in Baltimore and is huge Mike Mussina fan.

2019 Update: Michaels was an All Star in 2018. He is having a solid 2019 campaign.

Sox finish the month on a 12 game winning streak.

July is gonna be a fun month. 3 series the Sox have been looking for all season were NYM, Cubs & Reds. Mets will be in August. Cubs, the battle for the Crosstown Cup and the Reds battle of 1919. Was hoping this would have been in Cincy. We will see Seattle for the 1st time this year. The All Star Game in Indianapolis & Vegas which has played a lot better since we played them earlier in the year.

Capitals and Cougars continue to battle for the best record. Oko is competing for a 3rd Triple Crown. Doug Didich is trying to become the 1st rookie to win the Triple Crown.

Sox now have the 2nd best record in MLB. Mets continue to dominate the NL.
While the AL wildcard is a tight race, the NL wildcard is not as competitive. Marlins, Blue Jays, Cubs & Astros have a 3 game lead over Arizona & Atlanta.

How Acq: Drafted by Ewok Village 7th rd 2008 Ammy draft.
Cocoa has been the #2 SP on the Ewoks for most of his career. He has had a solid career but is often overlooked by the more prominent Ewoks like Screwball, Wicket, Cinnamon & Teebo. Cocoa's father Papaloo died in the Battle of Endor. Cocoa has hinted at retiring and going back to become a hunter-gatherer in Bright Tree Village.
Cocoa is a 2 time All Star.

Since Sharks 3B Jussim will be out of the lineup for a bit the Sharks signed former Organa Royals SS Bryant Decker to come in to play 3rd.
Aces ship Dickie Joe Thon to Minotaurs for Mike Meyers.
A-Wings get a good SS from the Padres.
Rick Spiner is no longer the backup C to Donny Druzbik in Cloud City. He will now suit up for Willowbrook. Spiner is an excellent defensive C.
Chevy & Madison swapped some players.

4 games @ Seattle. Good team but not as good as the last few years. Many stars on this team like Griffey, Tim Duggleby, Franklin, Hultzen & Walker. While we are defending AL Champs, road to the 2019 World series goes through Seattle.

Bob Bellias joins the 350 Win Club. He is the 3rd pitcher to win 350 games. The 2nd LHP. He trails teammate Jim Kanter by 20 & John Williams by 8 wins.
Even at 36 400 isn't outside the realm of possibility.
Empire lose Jarman for 4 weeks.
Isotopes and Rocky Top Rockies swap players.
San Diego picks up some young talent by trading Cozens to the Marlins.
McClure joins the Twinkies.

The AL All stars have been named. No snubs from the White Sox.
Foster, Kane, Michaels, Allison, Arashikage, D. Johnson, Mack & Brett all made it.
Matt Merullo will bring all White Sox coaches with the exception of HC Frank Thomas. Since Sterling did not make it Frank decided not to go. Boston's HC Mike Trombley will act as the AL All stars HC. Pittsburgh's MGR Luis Torres, Seattle's BC Bob Summers & Trainer Cain Throsby & Las Vegas' MGR Derek Beasley have been named as additional coaches.
