The bar for entry into the Hall of Fame has definitely been lowered
Shea Weber was voted into the Hall of Fame in 2025 with a total of 24 points across literally games. At 39 he would have averaged just over one point per season.
And just think, Jeremy Roenick couldn't get in with >500 goals. |

I´m pretty sure the stats line in the news is wrong, isn´t it (can you check out his career stats)?

This happens all the time with me. Guess it's one of the many "quirks" of the game you have to live with.
Hoping most it if not all of them will be fixed in the next version. And hopefully people who bought this version and previous editions will get to purchase it with a lesser price. |

The message is getting the season stats (from the player's final year) passed to it instead of the career values. I'm probably just going to remove that line of text entirely, since even if we gave it the career values, there's going to be a problem separating the stats by league - it'll probably get the numbers for every league he's every played in, not just the NHL.
The good news is, this is one of a bunch of hardcoded messages that Malte just finished converting over into a format where the research team can edit directly, rather than forcing the coders to dig through the game to get at them. That'll let us hunt down a lot of these little oddities as we get FHM4 ready. |
