Small Play by Play Typo
With two outs, one of my batters ground out to short stop, and I got the following sequence:
Bowling delivers the pitch... swung on... Toth swings... chopper to short... he sets, fires to first... bad throw... in the dirt... saved nicely by Vrena. (one) down. That retires the side... No runs, no hits, no errors. nobody left on... Instead of "(one) down", it should have read "three down" or something to that effect. Or maybe it was refering to the play and not the inning? If so, there should at least have been no parentheses. |

Usually, it does identify the correct number of outs, but I guess not in this case.
