Is trading easier if Financial System is inactive
Im speaking mostly for 1980s and after, but you veterans of OOTP, would you say trading between teams becomes better/easier if there is no money involved. Im not looking for ways to rip off teams, just avoid the whole thing where a trade wont happen because of contracts and $.

It would probably be easier in the sense that the possible trades available would increase. As for getting to a trade that's mutually agreeable, it might still be difficult to find one, but at least you have a bigger pool to try from now.

definitely increased opportunities, so it makes ense to assume that.
all about # of options available... but that can be a problem too, if too many and the AI isn't good at it to begin with... not saying that applies here, but needs to be investigated if you are going to try something new. |

Trading will be easier because all the teams will not be up against their budget, but if you are a team with lots of money with the financial system on, you will not be able to get the players easily that teams would otherwise be willing to dump for salary purposes.
