When do you think they took the "tea break"? Middle of the fifth inning?

League Totals Modifiers. His must be running a wee bit hot. I mean, 2000 was one of the craziest offensive seasons in MLB history, but...Seriously?

Given prior discussion have to show you guys a screenshot of the remarkably low-scoring game which took place in the World Series of my OOTP17 league:

It's important to note that the game resets home run season totals around 255, I think

Dwight Gooden smacked 2 HRs(!) for my Colorado Rockies in 1993. They traveled just 362 and 350 feet respectively but still, impressive for a pitcher with just 4 HRs previously in his career.

Got offered Giancarlo Stanton for a mediocre reliever. Marlins must be in some deep financial problems

Must be a serious concussion if it's March and he's worried about the Angels making the playoffs!

To be fair, he is only hitting .210 and he's making over $30m a year at this point, so maybe they are just looking to dump him.

Just goes to show, down 61-0 after the first 1/2 inning, they never gave up. It ain't over til it's over.

Surprising that there wasn't a single error, with nearly 500 at bats.

It's odd that the scoreboard shows 250 runs for San Diego, but the box score shows 252. (Of course, there are a lot of other odd things as well...)

This is a good one. Look at the injury section.

Prince Fielder in the 2017 start is not retired but listed as injured and out for 332-333 months. Hoping he comes back in 2047

This is a fun example of a two-way player being created by the game, from a test league I'm running. 84 game seasons, and all run to 1907 stats. The AI even chose to use him as a CF some, which you can see in 1881. Not only is he the best pitcher in the game, he also is a mean slugger!

Does this and the other ridiculously outlandish scores bother anyone else?
This type of score should never ever happen no matter how many games someone plays of OOTPB, EVER!! Doesn't this call into question the credibility of OOTP18? Only things that can/will happen in real baseball should happen in OOTP18, right?

But that is the fun of the game. For some, they like offense...hence 255 home runs plus a season. I like a nice balance personally. But this game has something for everyone.

I have no problems with 255 homeruns in a season. What I do have a problem with is 250 runs in a game!! That was my point that you totally whiffed on

Random, Funny, Interesting Screenshots Thread OOTP 18

But that's probably what they wanted. Thus we both whiffed. To the OP, they like offense...lots. We both have stated we dont want too much.
