Nevermind, I didn't get it. Even with the generator, uneven divisions is tough.

Looking for 162 games, one SL, divisions of 5, 4, 5, 4.

Ideally an all-star break of 3-4 days. Starting on April 1, and finishing around late September.

I'm hoping for the teams in the 5-team divisions to play their division rivals 21 times (7 sets of 3) and their 13 non-division rivals 6 times each (3 game home and homes). The teams in divisions of four will play their division rivals 26 times (will require 2 4-game sets, along with 6 3-game sets) and their 14 non-division rivals 6 times each (3 game home and homes).

This is a tough one to do on a generator, so i'll eventually do it manually if no one has anything similar out there.

Thanks.

Yeah, this will be a tricky one for certain, but I'll give it a go. Slight alterations will have to be made to the format you proposed, since it has some teams playing 54 total series and the others playing a more normal 52. I'll keep it as close to what you have as I can but will have to introduce some 4-game series to those 5-team divisions somehow.

edit: OK, I have something palatable here. For the 5-team divisions, I'll have them playing 20 games against division opponents rather than 21, with four 3-game series and two 4-gamers per opponent. Those extra four games will be played against opponents in the other 5-team division, so they will play some out of division opponents 7 times and the rest 6. That makes the number of series line up correctly at 52 for everyone.

edit 2: Slight mistake on my part, the correction I mentioned in my first edit won't be exactly how it turns out with regards to series length, but it will be close enough.

Okay, this should do it.

- 18 teams, 1 subleague, 5/4/5/4
- 162 games, beginning the first Friday of April and ending the first Sunday of October (same length as MLB season)
- I accidentally set the All-Star Game to be a bit late, so it falls near the end of July
- My original specs called for a max homestand and road trip length of 10 games. I think that had to be relaxed when moving some things around, but it'll still be reasonable
- I hope you don't care too much about game start times, since I never know what people want there. All games start at 7:00 PM local time except Sundays, which are at 1:00 PM

Teams in divisions 1 and 3:
- play 20 games against each of 4 division opponents (10H/10A, 80 games total). These 20 games are split up in a variety of ways to make the total number of off days work - either 333344, 2233334, or 22223333, but always split evenly in terms of home and away games
- play 6 games against teams in divisions 2 and 4 (3H/3A, 48 games total)
- play 6 or 7 games against teams in the other 5-team division (34 games total)

Teams in divisions 2 and 4:
- play 26 games against each of 3 division opponents (13H/13A, 78 games total). These, by contrast, are all in the form 33333344.
- play 6 games against the other 14 teams (3H/3A, 84 games total)

I hope that all works to your liking, let me know if you have any issues. I tested it myself and it seems to be working fine, but you never know.

I was working a bit on this one also...

Came with a more classic schedule with all the team playing 6 four-game series and 46 three-game series.

The 5-team divisions play 20 or 22 games against each other (4-3-3//4-3-3 or 4-3-3//3-3-3-3 or 3-3-3-3//4-3-3). They play 6 games against all the other teams (3//3).

The 4-team divisions play 26 games against each other (4-3-3-3//4-3-3-3). They also play 6 games against all the other teams (3//3).

No cases of more than 13 straight days without offday. No homestands or roadtrips longer than 10 games.

Game times set at 7:05pm 1:05pm 2:05pm 4:05pm with One Sunday game at 8:05pm.

Season begins last Thursday on or after March 28. Season ends late September/early October.

All-Star Game set for Tuesday of 15th week of season (early/mid-July).
