More ejections please!

When it comes to a baseball season, some of the most exciting moments are when the players get really into it, lose their tempers, and get kicked out of the game. It would be really cool to see something like the option to, as a manager, argue with the umpire or allow your players to get in the ump's face. It would add a cool, realistic factor to the game that would enhance the in-game performance.

I understand the reasoning behind no PED suspensions since you can't just make up that some random player is using PEDs and suspend him, possibly tainting or causing people to question his real-life character, but it would be cool to see ejections/suspensions other than the occasional brawl.
