Web Page Not Fully Loading?

Am I the only one who is seeing a partially loading page here? Images like masthead and avatars are not showing up. Are they performing maintenance on the site? Unfortunately, the attach images option is not available.

I'm using Firefox so there might be a problem with that or the way I've set it up.
