Live game webcasting doesn't work?

So I'm setting up a live stream of the games using the live online simulation setup, I've got the FTP and everything setup.

But when I try to do a live game webcast, it says this: http://i.imgur.com/bWCIlwL.png

But when I go to the live coverage tab, there's no option for that: http://i.imgur.com/zhgwmPg.png

Any ideas?
