Help: Had to reset OS, and now need a license reset for OOTP16

It looks like I've used both of them up. I had my previous computer die on me in the last couple of years, so it makes sense, given that the game version is three years old. I'd appreciate it very much. Wasn't sure whether to put this in the bug reports (as they're more to do with OOTP19) or here, so I put it here where it would get seen. Thank you very much.

They are awesome about this. Just open the ticket and they take care of you quick. No one does customer service like OOTP.
