regarding historical drafts
As the game now features thousands of minor leaguers, will this game feature drafts in historical leagues of players at actual draft ages 18-22 rather than their mlb debut age?
Always been my biggest frustration is having to go through drafts with players who are already at their peak being 25-30. Thanks |

Yes, this is basically correct. They won't technically be at their actual draft age, rather at the age where they first played in the minors. For the vast majority of players this is identical. There may be a few guys for whom it's not though.

Thanks. A big step in the right direction.
I enjoy having to wait and watch as my next superstar builds his skills up in the minors and anticipating when he will be ready to be brought up. Being drafted at their mlb age made them already mlb ready which killed this ability. |

This is legitimately incredible. I'd been actually working on an idea for faking historical players being drafted as prospects with code, since I'd been given the impression that incorporating actual minor league debut data was impossible. It's been a long time since I've been this happy to be wrong.

And this is only for players "drafted" from 1919 to the present? Awesome upgrade to the game. |
