Front Office Baseball Vacancies

Full League Name (Initials): Front Office Baseball (FOB) Website URL: S+ Reports: Reports League Rules: Rules OOTP Version: OOTP 21 Players: MLB 2020 QuickStart # Of Teams: 30 Exports Days: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (Every day during Playoffs/Offseason) League Time Per Sim: 7 days Current Season: 2021 Offseason Rules & Settings: - Default MLB rules/settings - Scouting ON, Normal Accuracy - Coaches/Owner Goals OFF - Relative ratings OFF - 1-20 Ratings, No Overall/Potential Stars - Modified minor leagues so each team has one of each level (AAA, AA, A+, A, A-, Rk) - Customized House Rules for contracts Features: - League hosted on S+ (Live draft, Voting, Export Tracker, Scout Ratings, etc.) - Slack group - Run the Nippon League in conjunction for posting purposes and GM waitlist Available Teams: Houston Astros The Astros are one of the leagues top teams and just lost in the World Series to the Padres. They have a top 5 budget and no bad contracts. Their core of Altuve, Bregman, McCullers, Springer, and Correa is under contract for two more years as well. Texas Rangers The Rangers are in the midst of a rebuild and will have the 3rd overall pick in the 2023 draft. They currently have the 22nd ranked budget and 9th ranked farm system. They have a very low payroll and could shed even more money if they trade their few expensive relievers. The Oakland Athletics are available. They went 97-65 in 2020 and are currently 22-22 in 2021. Very good team with their core in place, in a good financial situation too.

We have 3 vacancies in our 2021-2022 offseason.
Oakland Athletics: Fell to 78-84 after a 97-65 2020 season. In good financial shape with an average minor league system. Boston Red Sox: 75-87 after an 81-81 2020 season. Lots of money available so you could either rebuild or try to spend to fill some holes. Above average farm system right now. Pittsburgh Pirates: 72-90 in 2021 after a 93-69 2020 season, probably looking at a rebuild given the amount of players in their last season of team control. Below average farm system right now.
