Offers from new teams

I've played some seasons as of now, and I don't seem get offered a new job after resigning from the current team. In FHM 5 I usually got 30+ offers after a championship on July 1st.

Have never been offered a job after resigning in 3 different instances...

We actually slightly boosted the advantage humans have over AI GM's for open jobs. But it's still heavily dependent on the actual number of job openings coming up, the quality of the other candidates, and a small element of luck - have a look through History-Staff Index-General Managers for the leagues you're expecting offers from and see if there are any that you should've been a candidate for.
