Anybody awake out there?
If so you could probably help me out with something. I need to import Mickey Mantle on the double. I've done this before a couple of times about three years ago. I picked up Babe Ruth and Mickey Mantle for a league I had. However its not going so well now. I choose the database and type in mantlmi01,1955 but that doesn't get me anything and I'm wondering if there's someone who could explain this to me in five or ten sentences just how you do this. Thank you. RonP

I'm jammed with stuff right now for a more elaborate answer, but I do not think you type in the year.

As long as you are pointing the game to the proper csv you just put in the code for his name (which for most players you can find under baseball reference or by just opening up the csv) and then choose the year you want to import for the player.....

Edit: Just realized i was on Gambo's Db and used historical database so that part should not matter.

I don't have the historical database and I'm just now wondering why not. I'm going to try the year business now.

As far as I can tell I have only the database found in MSCVR90.dll. But I wouldn't stake my life on it as I wasn't born behind the computer but in front of it. (I do appreciate the help).

Well the default DB comes with the game so you have that. When you click on import the stats folder should come up automatically. Select historical database.odb. If the stats folder did not load then navigate to it. If you are on a MAC i want to say it's under Library. PC it's under My documents - OOTP 14 - stats.
