Central Scouting Report does not function in Historical Mode

Emails are received by the GM in game, informing them the new rankings are available. When going into the Central Scouting view, there is absolutely no data displayed.

Looks like a broken feature that may have been ported over from PTG or some other game mode.

I think it's actually a problem with when the rookies get created in some forms of historical mode. I think we'll have to shut it off in those cases.

Makes sense, hardly a gamebreaker by any stretch.
