Coach Positions in Commissioner Mode

I'm doing some roster editing in my 2017 season game as Commissioner.

Seth Appert from RPI in the NCAA became the NTDP coach this past offseason. His replacement was Canisius's head coach Dave Smith. Smith's replacement is former Army assistant Trevor Large.

What I'm trying to do is change Large's position from Assistant Coach to Head Coach but I can't find any option in the menu that allows me to do this as Commissioner. I currently do not manage a team as I wanted to try a Commissioner Mode game without focusing on a single team, like in OOTP. Is there any way I can do this in game on a team I don't manage, and in a non-playable league (NCAA)?

(Unrelated, but Canisius now plays at KeyBank Rink at HARBORCENTER. They moved from the Buffalo State Ice Arena three seasons ago).

It's not possible to edit staff jobs to a different role at the moment (there are some complications that could cause if, e.g. an employed head coach on a playable team was altered to something else.) I'll get them updated for next week's data updated, though.
