Window Size - Maximized

Despite the settings - Window Size - Maximized. After starting the game, I always have to click the maximize icon, because the game is not full screen. It was the same in OOTP 19.

Right click on the OOTP Icon that you use to start the game.

Click on Properties.

Set this to maximized.

Should solve your problem.

I can not, I do not have these options.I bought by Steam

go to the actual ootp20.exe file, if you can't see it under the shortcut properties. look over any of the tabs. it may be slightly different from win7 -win10?

the 'open file location' form shortcut will get you there quickly, if not visible in the other property tabs. maybe compatibility in win7 is location, if different?

I tried, of course. There is no option. Everyone who has Windows 10 and Ootp with Steam must have the same.

I was able to fix this with a rule in DisplayFusion. It probably isn't worth buying DisplayFusion for that sole reason, but since I already use it to manage my multi-monitor displays, this was an added bonus.
