How do i get passed this screen?

Is there something I'm missing here?

Your display is cutting off the bottom of the window. See the screen size thread in this forum. Also consider hiding the Apple program bar across the bottom of the screen as I believe that has fixed the issue for some.

It's hidden by the dock. Switch to full screen mode and look towards the bottom right when you get back there
