Converting CSV to HTML

Hi all,

i want to know if someone have the knowledge to convert CSV into a HTML table or creating a tool to convert in a table like this:

This is a Roster from EHM 2002, very usefull to keep activity and people connect into the league. They can have the information close to them with their cell phone...etc They arent block to have a PC next to him.

Creating a tool to generate, Roster, Team Stats, Player profil... etc via a tool... will be great.

The biggest point a FHM is to have a computer always with us to perform negociation.... sending contrat via the commish... etc

I see this future tool as a complement to FHM for online league. During the day having acces to a HTML at work or school our info... and at night via the game.
