Its already there but since its a 1 in 1000000 play ot happens only once every 150 years

Was watching the game live on TV. Had to see the replays a bunch of times to get the actual scoring. Quite the freaky play.

In an interview with Kapler after the game he said that Hoskins got picked off intentionally(called play) to try to draw the throw and allow the run to score. He claimed they saw something that the Pirates were doing but credited them on handling things perfectly.

Also, if you watch Hoskins he jogged/fast walked into 3B, if he had run hard he would have gotten there but, again according to Kapler, Hoskins lost track of the outs and thought it was the 3rd out at home.

These guys make millions to play the game, you'd think they'd be able to remember how many outs there are.

I saw this play, also. There is a lot of timing that has to go right on a play like this. It has been done before. It is a set play to get picked off at first to start it in motion. The runner on 3rd has to go at just the right time. Sometimes it works. Hoskins getting caught at 3rd was a surprise. He should have stopped at 2nd once he made it there. Lost track of the outs.
