Countering tactics bug

I have noticed this happens only in new standard games. It does not happen in historical games or historical challenges.
According to the pre-game tactics and summary screens, every single offensive tactic is countered by Aggressive Forechecker (major), Up & Down Winger (minor), Grinder (minor) and Stay-at-home Defenseman (minor). The Funnel? Torpedo Attack? Stay in your lanes? All. The numbers change, too, but the game may not play that way.
This is with 4.5.66.

Strange that it's only occurring in modern games; they're all using the same set of tactics. So that leads me to think it's something going cosmetically wrong in those screens, although even then it's odd that it wouldn't be universal. We'll check it out.
