Momentum indicator won't reset at the start of each period anymore? (v. 4.4.56)

Hmm, so it isn't. It shouldn't be a complete reset, since it still considers events late in the previous period, but it doesn't seem to move at all. We'll have a look at that.

I think it moves in every period when i checked one of my games. It doesn´t reset after every period but if that is how it should be then it might be okay?

It'll move during the period, but it shouldn't stay precisely the same at the start of a period as it was at the end of the previous period, which is what it seems to be doing now.

The same issue with version 4.5.66 - making the game unplayable, because it skews the results.

We weren't able to get it fixed in time for .65/.66, but it seems to be a display-only thing. So the results won't be affected, you just won't have an immediate indicator of the contribution of momentum to the tactical advantage (and it's a fairly small part of that, as well.)
