Can't sign free agents
When I go to make an offer to a free agent, the submit offer is shaded out. Can you only make offers at certain times of the season?

Here it is...as you can see the bottom three options are greyed out and can't be selected

Thanks Jeff - I have done that - I click meet demands for example - and the submit offer setting still remains greyed out.
