Any way to control all the teams during a season?

New to the game and really enjoying it .. am old school and would like to start a historical simulation from 1901 and use all of the trades / FA signings, etc... I know you can make all of the teams Human Controlled, but is there anyway that you can take control of all of the teams when performing a trade of a FA signing? It seems as if you can only fully control one team even though all teams are controlled by Human Managers. Thanks for any help!

When you say use all of the trades/FA signings, do you mean the ones that occurred in real life? If so, the game comes with the option to use real transactions. I probably misunderstood what you're trying to do.

I mean controlling all of the teams. Brooklyn trades for Lefty Davis from the Pirates ... I want to become Managers of both teams and push the trade through. Yes, I know you can start and put the transactions set to on, but a lot of players don't come on until mid season and you can't control that. Just want to make it as real as possible. Thanks!

Somewhere on main settings page. Manager control all teams or something like that

You can make yourself commissioner and put all teams under your control.
