ETA for prospects

It would be cool if on the League and Team top prospect pages there was an "ETA" column that would estimate the season in which each given prospect should reach the bigs.

This idea intrigues me, but I'm not sure how I would standardize it from league to league, since many leagues have vastly different settings and layouts.

I would like this....it would be a way to rid of the horribly implemented "suggestions" feature. This to me is a more realistic way of doing things. As far as a replacement for the suggestions....each staff member should have their own individual skills and personalities, and therefore differ somewhat on their opinions of players. Each coach should have a recommendation for each player. This would go in line with the expansion of staff to include a realistic coaching staff.

interesting. how would the feature take the promotion pattern of specific GMs to determine this?
