Can you hire a coach from another organization? For example, let's say I fire my ML manager and want to hire a manager from a AAA team not within our affiliates is this possible?

If not, it definitely should be - it does happen in real MLB.

not -- and in real life, a team can only even approach someone under contract to another team, if the other team okays it.....you can't just hire people away from other teams in real life.....

You are absolutely right, but it does happen ---- and as such perhaps the game should look at this to add realism. You should be able to lure a manager away from another organization, even if you have to obtain their permission.
