Currently in Spring Training of year 2 (2013)..
Have a couple teams open.. Philadelphia Phillies Surprised no one has jumped on this team, they are in great shape and could be favored to win the NL East with the very tough Braves. Someone looking to jump right in and compete, this is the team for you. Colorado Rockies Should be an interesting team this season. This team was commissioner controlled during free agency and signed two solid pitchers in Edwin Jackson and Shaun Marcum. Those two signings alone can propel the Rockies to a dogfight with the Giants for the NL West. A solid, but aging team. We get asked a lot, but the plan is to stay on OOTP 12 for the foreseeable future. Our owners like it better. There is a solid chance for atleast the next 2 seasons you can bet on it being played under OOTP 12. We will discuss the move with the whole league before that changes. Good luck! Colorado Rockies filled!
Almost to 100% capacity, we still need a team in Chicago! Chicago White Sox Was the most active trading team in our first season. Owner ended up trading his minor league system for veterans. The trades were fair but after selling the farm for a nice veteran major league roster the owner decided he did not want to right the ship. Team has some strong players such as Clayton Kershaw, Chris Sale, Adrian Beltre, Dayan Viciedo and Colby Rasmus. They also boast one of the best prospects in the game in An-shi Choi. Should be a fun team to takeover, can compete this season, or trade everyone away and do a reverse take on what they did in 2012. Good luck! |
