Great Packs

I didn't see any threads on just great pack pulls in general.

I just got this pack..it was a standard pack not a gold pack...best pack I've ever gotten and 2nd time I've gotten at least 3 gold level cards in one pack.

Yeah...

And upon further inspection, I flipped Donaldson. He's not exactly a highly sought-after card, and I'm pretty loaded with some decent Silver 3B right now...would rather have the PP than Donaldson.

The only other time I've pulled a diamond was on my pay-team...I pulled Justin Verlander. Right after I'd just bought the same card in the auction house for about 7,000 PP... hoping I can get around that back out of him.

This is the reason we open packs even if the EV is less than 1000 PP. The satisfaction of a great pack is intrinsically enough to make up the difference. I'm still riding high from last week when I got a 99 DiMaggio and 100 Feller in the same pack!

One perfect and 2 gold cards in the same pack is a "great pack." But, that silver Tuivailala is no slouch either. He's been money in my bullpen.

Oof.

In my P2P squad, which I seeded with $50, I have since opened maybe 10 additional packs. There’s always at least 1 silver in each pack, and I’ve nabbed 2 Diamonds and 2 Golds.

Just bad luck for you.

Just opened two packs, was happy enough with a diamond Yasmani Grandal in the first, but the second had 3 golds, 2 of which were historical (Ray Lankford and Steve Rogers). Grandal should pair nicely with Piazza who is garbage against righties.

I’ve never seen two perfects in the same pack, much less one where one of the perfects is a historical perfect

I got six bronze in a pack today. Essentially the same thing as iron to me.

Did at least once, but probably in 19, and there is no picture of it. But I am fairly sure I had a pack with a live silver and five bronze, all of which were historicals. I may have posted about it, or I may have not. But they exist for sure. The odds are just not in your favor.
