Anyway to prevent full screen minimizing when click on screen in second monitor?

I have two monitors and prefer to have OOTP in full screen in one (I just prefer it to the maximized window mode).

However, when I click on something on my second screen, the full screen OOTP automatically minimizes.

Is there any work around for this, other than using window mode? This doesn't apply to some other games I play, just OOTP.
