Strategy Override for Players

What controls?

1) A manager's max allowable strategy, so for example let's say the most he will let you move the STEAL slider is to the middle

2) Override team strategy for a player and maxing STEAL slider

Is it that simple to get around your manager's preferences or will it only actually work as much as the manager otherwise allows it?

There’s a bit of a discussion about this in the main boards. Essentially, it will influence but not necessarily completely override your manager’s preferences, depending on how controlling they are. If your manager never steals and you set one guy to max out for steals, he will probably still not steal a huge amount compared to other teams (but probably will compared to other players on your own team).
