How to set up a league with as much real stuff as possible

So i am really an old time manager game player, havong insight into editing even, but i always struggle with OOTP. What i want basically is to start a mlb season with as much "real " to it as possible, put player pics in pictiures folder etc, but doesnt worlchanged to import player pics first etc, just cant ge tthat simple thing of just getting player pics going, not even talking historical and ballparks which would be cool too of ciurse. i am on epic not on steam so probably miss a easy workshop option also. there are some things explained for 00tp 15 , but doesnt help much. Also confused with AOI , this is only aleague database right. So easy and hard as it seems, where do i like to changing the game to get the best MLB current season experience with nice logos , player pictures n stuff. as si said no baseball expert , shiny player pics would be enough for a start dont get into japanese 3rd league anyway. dont know why it seems so hard in thos game or me so dumb, Can you help me to get an easy step by step or anything to get the experience. basebal cards like in perfect team as player picks would be the ultimate thing btw, jsut dont know whats out there and how to get it work.gotso far to open a AIO link in ADD but only found 2019 league there with ALL pictures etc it sys there so...so confused...
