Why Do We Hate Mike Minor?

Mike Minor is objectively better than Joe Palumbo, Luke Farrell, and many other pitchers rated the same or above him. This is reflected by that fact that not only is he guaranteed a spot in the rotation, he is being considered (along with Kluber and Lynn) to be the Opening Day Starter.

I assume this isn't a bug and is the result of his skills and past performances being undervalued or discounted by the projections being used. This also makes me seriously question how ratings are determined.

I can understand him not being very highly rated. I cannot understand how he is this low. This doesn't seem right. This seems wrong. There may be no fire, but I smell smoke.

It does look like a bug actually. Something seems to be wrong with his ratings. They do not match up with the ratings in the roster set in the way they should. We'll figure it out and fix it.

Oh. My apologies for posting it here then, instead of in the bug forum. I felt he was consistently underrated in 20 (though I understood, generally, the reasoning and the mechanics that led to it, at least), and I think that made me assume this situation was a continuation of that. Sorry!

Minor is getting a bump in the release day roster, but if I ever hear another bad word spoken about Joe Palumbo I.....i dont know what I'll do

Ratings??? Take a peek at Jose Abreu & tell me if ratings are off...Tim Anderson too..but ....rookies (some that never make it to MLB) are blown up big time
