Hello OOTP!

MLIB Stars, is a league based on a long history however this is a brand new league based on the MLIB setup and configuration with a few twists and turns. The settings are outlined below:

• Scouts: Enabled - Teams have Legendary scouts

• Coaches: Enabled - need to be hired
• Development Budgets: Enabled
• Player Morale: Enabled
• Player Personality: Enabled
• Injuries: On, Frequency: Low
• Suspensions: On, Frequency: Normal
• Drug Suspensions: On
• Player Actual Rating Scale: 1-100
• Player Potential Rating Scale: 1-100
• Show Ratings > Max: No
• Overall Potential Rating (Star System): Stars
• Interleague Play: Enabled
• DH: in both
• Active Roster Size: 25
• Expanded Roster Size: 40
• International Complex Size: 50
• Roster Expansion Date: September 1st
• Minimum Days of Service for 1 Service Year: 172
• Waiver Period Length: 13 Days
• DFA Period Length: 14 Days
• Minor League Option Years: Enabled
• Maximum Contract Length: 10
• 10/5 Rights (Player has right to veto): Enabled
• Trade Deadline: July 31st
• Rule V Draft: Disabled
• Amateur Draft: Enabled
• Amateur Draft Pool Reveal Date: 60 Days prior to draft
• Amateur Draft Rounds: 20
• Draft Pick Trading: Enabled

This league is gonna be great! Mike is a very dedicated and experienced commish. In joining the MLIB right now you'll be given the opportunity to customize pretty much everything on your team (team name, city, logos, minors...), hire your own scout, and build your roster from the ground up with the inaugural draft. You'll also have the chance to pick 2 of your favorite players (real historical or modern) in the franchise players draft.

If you're looking for a NEW league with a high level of competition, look no further!
