Thankful Perfect Team thread!
In honor of the season. What is the one Perfect Team aspect are you thankful for? A player, achievement, game addition, sale, pack opening? Just name one thankful aspect of the game.

Thankful for the Tournament addition! Winning a 64 Open tournament for the Molina Card was a huge surprise!
Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I'm thankful for having met some pretty cool dudes and dudettes through discord & the OL & BFF groups.
I would be eternally thankful if RNGjesus would bring me a championship before OOTP 21 comes out though. Can we get to work on that? Last edited by Magus978; 12-24-2019 at 10:36 AM. |

I'm thankful for the variety of historical cards available and that they don't have to all be Hall of Famers. It would be awful boring if all the Historicals were diamonds and perfects and it was just Live cards to fill out the rest of the tiers.

I'm thankful for y'all. This mode and this game wouldn't be anywhere near as good as it is without your feedback, communication, dedication and enthusiasm.

I'm thankful that God gave me the ability to see a baseball and hit it & read a math problem and solve it. AND I'm thankful that this Out of the Park Baseball thing has worked out this way.

I'm just thankful for the OOTP team and this product that has provided me way too many hours of entertainment: From classic to Perfect to Tournaments to Missions. Of course, there's always some things each of us would like to see done a little differently - that's human nature - but all in all its an amazing product. If I have to pick just one thing I guess it would be the historical cards and the opportunity to build a team from across the decades of my Tigers.
Here's wishing the dev team and all the forum posters (and readers) a very merry Christmas and a blessed new year!

I'm thankful that instead of noodling around with one team, I can also noodle around with 3 Perfect Teams plus 9 tournaments at any given time. Magnificent!

I'm also thankful that you can check the auction house and your transaction history within tournaments.

I am thankful for pulling 2 Cy Youngs and a Pedro from packs over the past 3 weeks. That is what the greedy part of me is thankful for. Mainly, I am thankful for such an overall wonderful gaming community from the newest member to Markus and all in between.
Merry Christmas and may God bless you all.

I am thankful for the wonderful F2P experience the PT dev team has created. No other Ultimate Team style game is remotely as kind to F2P players as PT is, and it makes for a really engaging, rewarding experience that I have really enjoyed since release.
Also the OL, BFF, and broader forum/discord communities are great and really make the game worth playing beyond that initial push to Perfect.

I am thankful that as a F2P player I can still have a lot of fun with this aspect of OOTP.
I mean, I get all of the normal OOTP single player stuff and PT is just an add on. I can play as a F2P player and make it somewhere between Gold and Diamond with a perfect appearance now and then and not have to spend 25 hours a week on the AH like some have gloated about in various threads. I spend 20 minutes a week among my three teams and all three are in diamond with minimal effort by me and I still have fun with PT. There is a bit of something for everyone with PT. You can run theme teams You can participate in tournaments You can be a whale and get to pefect in six weeks and try and compete there You can find a second job on the AH and try and eek out every market inefficiency and buy and sell cards that give your teams .191 extra wins Or you can be a lazy casual like me and check in once a week on Sunday Or you can a mixture of any of those Last edited by rudel.dietrich; 12-25-2019 at 08:08 PM. |

Thankful Perfect Team thread!
Being able to create a „Friends league“.
I still wish it would be a little easier to bring friends together and maintain the list but for now it works well enough. A close second is getting exposure to players I did not get to see in person or cards from other times of their careers (Gold 89 Barry Bonds at age25 with 96 defense in LF).
