Hall of Fame Error

I'v noticed that if a player with HOF numbers plays even 1 game in another league and then retires, he appears in the HOF of both leagues.

Now its not fair for Barry Bonds to play his last year in Mexico and get into the HOF there after getting maybe 8HRs.

And i also noticed that if you change the HOF induction categories in a league because their schedule is shorter, then players that are not HOF material say in the US, but are good, go and play even a year there they are then inducted into that HOF.

The program is acting as if it takes into account a players total career stats, instead of the numbers put up for that particular league.

Can this be fixed in the Patch?

It seems that this is by-design. There appears to be only one global hall of fame tag for a player.

OK, so if this isn't a "bug", I hope it is considered a high priority design upgrade.

I really don't like seeing a career minor leaguer, that earned a spot in say the AAA Hall of Fame, get a cup of coffee in the Majors and then gets displayed alongside the career MLB HR leader.

The one thing i love about the game is the ability of having as many leagues as you want running at the same time. The thing is that some of those leagues have only 40 game seasons, so a HOF which requires 500HR's to get in is not logical.

But if you change the HOF requirements, then any scrub Major leaguer that comes to play is almost automatically inducted into the HOF for that Country.

And what was said about there being only one HOF tag per player doesn't seem right, cuz when said player is admitted into the HOF for the league with less games, he is not then automatically admitted into the HOF in the majors.

Plus if this was by design how come we're able to set different HOF requirements per league? If this was planned then there should only be one set of HOF induction requirements, and that isn't the case right now.
