GeneralCornRowWallace Minors (Single A) Join Date: Feb 2011 Posts: 83	Player Character Ratings WAY Low I checked a number of my players in OOTP, hundreds in fact and all of their character scores like "handle success" and "handle failure" and "handle critics" is less than 10. Does this effect their performance and has anyone else seen this? Seems like an issue with the vast majority of players.
