Feeder leagues improperly using positional players

Related to my feeder leagues post in the main forum. I am not seeing any high potential players at positions other than 1B. I think part of the issue is that players are not getting used properly defensively. I've seen examples of players who would actually be a good 2B/3B, even passable SS, but yet almost all of their fielding time is at 1B. There are no other highly rated players on the team and nobody better to play SS.

So it seems that the player talent may be there defensively but the players aren't getting used properly within the game. (Except for C, those seem to be completely absent).

I'd say the same goes for RP/CL. These guys are absolutely untouchable in the feeder leagues as relievers when they really should be used as starters and then transition into relief in the minors. Perhaps using them based on their projected role in that league and not in the majors.

Wondering if this was ever looked into? I think this is one of the big reasons for many of the problems with feeder leagues. For instance, an 80 potential prospect with ability to be a 60 defensive shortstop is used at 1B and the 20 potential prospect with 35 potential defensively at SS is used at short.
