Error Unable to open SQL Lite Database

Hi,
I attempted to start a new game today. Standard MLB Quickstart, no other leagues. I received an error "Unable to open SQL LIte Database". This occurred during league generation at the time of save game. I was able to choose a team to manage, but each time I tried to save, the error appeared. When I attempted to restore the game, it would not restore.
No screen capture to load since the game would not reopen. I also deleted the league and tried again with same result..

I'm able to load/save another game started in 16 and imported to 17 with no issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Tried again. Image of error attached along with league files.

League loaded to FTP folder as SQLLite-Failure-On-Save.lg.zip

I'm sorry not to get back to you sooner, we're in the middle of the last week of beta testing of OOTP18 before release and I'm working 12 hour days on that, my support response time is pretty bad right now

I'll have something for you soon though, please hang on for a bit

Lukas,

I figured that might be the case.

It's not a big deal if you can't fix it before the OOTP18 release since I will be upgrading to that version and hopefully will not see the same problem. I am curious though if it is something I did on my end when applying a patch.

The save location is on an SDD drive if that might make a difference. As I said earlier, my one and only other league is working fine and I have been able to play from 2015 to 2035 using OOTP16 and OOTP17 with no issues.
