Arena Backgrounds NHL&WHA 1931-2015 (work in progress)

Below are the links for arena backgrounds that will show up during games for every NHL & WHA team available for play in FHM2 from 1931-2015 (this is a work in progress as i do one team after another).
After NHL & WHA are done i will continue with the UK leagues and then all other playable top tiers.

All images are in 1280x800, after downloading unzip to:
...Documents\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 2\quickstart_games\Historical.quick\graphics\arena _backgrounds

Quick Question how can i use the backgrounds for a NON Historical game? I've started a season already but my Arena folder is currently empty. What would be the naming structure? I like some of the Toronto Arenas and would like to use some of them.

They work the same way as in a historical game - the key is the year# at the end of the filename.
Take whatever pic you want to implement and change tthe name to the year of your game. The year in the file name indicates the first year that respective image will be used in the game.

f.e.
you want to use the image:
toronto_maple_leafs_1280_1950

in your 2015 game, just replace the 1950 in the file name to 2015....

toronto_maple_leafs_1280_2015

Duranium - I want the pictures to work in 1920x1200.....I have edited the size to 1920x1200 and changed the name of the picture (i.e. anaheim_ducks_1920), yet it still doesn't show......your original size works great if I go to the 1280 size screen, but I thought I could maniplate it to work.....any suggestions or am I just out of luck

hmm...really don´t know why this won´t work - maybe this thread is of any help, if not i´d recommend to PM Cole or Jeff on this issue

you would have to resize them based on the resolution you use - currently those sizes are supported

Could you please maybe come up with a screen (or two) depicting the Oakland-Based Franchise back in California? Saw them play many-a-time back as a kid. 'Twas a blast!
