Changing Photos

Last year I added the mod that allowed me to add 19,000+ player photos. I have been adding player pictures in this year's version, but have a question...

How do I update existing photos, and get them to be displayed?

For instance, the version of Scott Atchison that was in the initial pack, is in a Seattle uniform and I wanted an updated Cleveland pic.

Do I need to do this BEFORE I set up an organization, or can I do it after?

You can do it after you create a game. If your doing a bunch at a time, go into your game's news/html/images/person_pictures and profile_pictures folders and delete everything (make copies of these just in case). Restart ootp and all pics will be rebuilt and updated.
If your just doing a couple at a time, then go to the player's editor page and under picture functions, click auto-reload picture in the drop down.
